Hi there my name is Faizel and i live in Cape Town, South Africa.....which i believe this is the best place in the world.Im not saying this cuase i only no Cape Town or South Africa,yes i no alot about this place but i have travelled and worked in many other countries......and that is why say i live in the best place in the world,if you from Cape Town you would agree with me.
I have recently turned 47 i dont feel and look that age though,My problem that I got is that ...and maybe this is the only problem we got in South Africa maybe becuase of our history I am not sure.Let me tell you if you reach this age it is like you have reached your expiry Date or Due date or sell By date call it waht you may the people look at your CV and your years of experience then then they just ignore your CV and would rather settle for a younger in Experience person.....That is the only thing that is really P....... me off .Like i said earlier i have been fortunate enough to work in many countries and no where in the world does your age make a difference,cause if you can do thje job does not matter the age you will get the job.......One question that i have to ask all the South African Employers is why is this Age Story so big in this country........all we want to do is earn a decent and honest living......Now this is where the crime comes in cause people is Basically forced into doing Illigal things, COME ON PEOPLE WHAT ABOUT A PRIVACY ACT FOR SOUTH AFRICA......then at least i Can submit a Resume/CV without my ID No ...cause my age would not count againts me when i go for the Interview and could then challange the younger Candidate and stand a fair and equal change to get that JOB
